Rachel Park

​​

Club Director 

Rachel brings years of experience and a passion for hockey as Club Director of Pac Heights Hockey Club. 

 

A 2018 Princeton graduate and member of the Field Hockey Team, Rachel helped lead the Tigers to three Ivy League Championship titles (’14, ’15, ’17), three NCAA Tournament appearances, and a Final Four run.

 

Since graduating, she has been instrumental in growing youth field hockey in San Francisco. She has served as Head Varsity Coach at Lick-Wilmerding High School for the past four years, guiding the team to its first-ever MCAL championship game in 2021.

Derek C.​

 

Coach 

Derek is an active field hockey player and passionate coach dedicated to helping young athletes grow into confident, and skilled players.He’s played for the Hong Kong U21 national squad, earning caps in international competitions across Asia, and continues to compete at a high level today.

 

Over the years, he’s coached high school and club teams in Hong Kong, Canada and the US, working with players to deepen their understanding of the game while building a team-first mindset. He specializes in developing defenders and teaching the strategies behind strong defensive play.

 

His coaching philosophy is all about bringing out the best in each athlete. Whether we’re mastering fundamentals or fine-tuning team tactics, he aims to create a positive, challenging environment where players thrive, push limits, and fall in love with the sport.

Bronwyn grew up playing field hockey in Vancouver, Canada, before coming to the US to play and study at Dartmouth College, graduating as captain in 2024. She used her extra year of eligibility from COVID to play and earn a master’s degree at Duke University, graduating in May '25 after reaching the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament.

 

Throughout her career, she also played for the Canadian Junior National Team, which has allowed her to compete all around the world against incredible teams like Chile, Uruguay, and Argentina.
